Norad wants to enter into a framework agreement of one to 4 years with a supplier that can assist Norad in designing and producing information material and maintaining Norad's graphic profile.
The framework agreement is intended to address Norad's need for various types of graphic design and consulting services related to this. Most relevant tasks are wrapping and designing publications and creating information graphics for publications and on social media. Norad also wants to further develop the use of digital reports.
