Finnvera procures for a country risk assessment tool for analyzing risks in projects for which Finnvera grants export guarantees. The object of the procurement is a research and analysis database which allows users to understand the country risks. The database must contain economic and market data about countries and the data must be easily accessible and continuously updated. The database must include data from all emerging markets, e.g. Africa, Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Russia and CIS.
