Short description
The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority has access to driver training services for blue-lights driving (certification courses and maintenance training) for its service personnel.
Service personnel who will drive the turn-out vehicles must fulfil requirements in the regulations on requirements for training, testing and competence for blue-lights driving (the blue-lights driving regulations), dated 12.6.2009, and they must have national code 160 on their driving licence.
Customs has service place and service personnel nationwide, and has a need for service deliveries nationwide. See the prepared tender documentation for further details on the requested services and delivery places.
