Short description
A framework agreement will be established for fuel and lubricants for vehicles and machinery used at NMBU. In addition to requesting the traditional fossil fuels. To some extend there will also be a need for the selected supplier to be able to charge electric cars at their own station facilities.
The need for biofuel oil and lubricants is limited. It is primarily lubricants for agricultural machinery and machinery for operation of the outdoor areas at NMBU.

The objective and scope of the contract:
A framework agreement will be procured for fuel, biofuel oil and lubricants at NMBU. The selected supplier mus have a well developed network of service stations in south Norway. It is desirable that the service locations can offer charging capacity for electric vehicles.
