Short description
The contracting authority plans to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier who can deliver a complete comprehensive modern ITV monitoring system, that covers the contracting authority's need for components and software, installation, support and service and maintenance.
The procured ITV system must prevent, discover and manage unwanted and illegal actions on the contracting authority's monitored objects. This should prevent unwanted/illegal actions toward people, limit damages on materials and financial loss. The installation shall be used by the contracting authority's operational organisation so that the recorded incident can easily be identified after the occurrence.
