Helgeland Avfallsforedling IKS ønsker tilbud på transport og forbrenning av restavfall for husholdning og næring. Restavfall er avfall som ikke kan gå til materialgjenvinning men er alminnelig avfall som kan forbrennes. HAF samler inn ca. 10 000 tonn restavfall i løpet av året. HAF ønsker tilbud på transport og forbrenning av ca. 5000 tonn restavfall årlig.
