East Finnmark Regional Council would like to strengthen the region's general IT competence for municipal employees in the 9 participating municipalities in East Finnmark. The project will contribute to meeting future requirements for digitalisation and sustainable use of resources when providing municipal services. At the same time we would like to create a picture of a future orientated region that is attractive for both its inhabitants and for those who might move to the region.
