Short description
The contract will cover UiOs need for programming services connected to the early stages of estate development, on the basis of new/changed user needs, functions, laws, regulations, health, environment and safety requirements, etc. The contact will also cover programming for projects carried out by other entrepreneurs than the university.
The programmer must review, structure and document UiOs needs and ambitions through framework conditions, requirements, needs, functions, activities and areas, as well as map different alternatives and possibilities. The review must be neutral and independent of ideas about the solution.
The documentation will form the basis for the choice of solution, further engineering design services and follow-up.
