Short description
The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement that will cover the contracting authority's need for project management, construction management, builder ombudsman and SHA coordinator, (cf. the builder regulations), for construction and property projects.
A contract will be signed with tenderers who can offer individual professions, or with a joint professional group (in accordance with the overview in the price sheet.
