Assignment text
The purpose of the procurement is to safeguard secure operation of the assignments that are currently implemented by Statens veivesen (SVV) [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] and that after 1.1.2020 will be transferred to and function in the counties.
SVV employees will also be transferred to the county from the same date.
Buskerud fylkeskommune [Buskerud County], on behalf of other counties wanting to enter into a contract with suppliers of ISY-Beskrivelse software that is an integrated part of SVV's road administration system.
The background for the procurement is that the county must ensure a smooth change-over and interaction with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration so that those transferred will continue to be able to implement their work assignments related to road administration.
