Short description
A framework agreement will be entered into with 1 or more service providers of legal services as described in the tender documentation. The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the client's need for assistance with legal services for the relevant legal disciplines. Tenders can be deliver for all or parts of the scope of framework agreement and the client retains the right to award the contract(s) for the entire scope or parts thereof to 1 or more service providers. Parallel framework agreements will not be awarded.
