Lørenskog Municipality has needs as described below and in the annex. The needs are assessed to be research and development services in accordance with PPR § 2-5. It has therefore been assessed that this can be purchased directly. This is a prior information notice intended to provide information about the selection and the justification for the PPR exception.
The Fremtidens barnehage og skole program was established in autumn 2019 with the purpose of plotting a course for further work within pedagogy and technology in Lørenskog Municipality. This program includes the project ‘Innovation and learning in future nursery schools and schools’ where you will see the establishment of:
— common municipal processes and structures for innovation in nursery schools and schools,
— plan for municipal digi-guides (Fyrtårnslærere) [Lighthouse Teachers] in nursery schools and schools,
— distribution platform for collecting in and dissemination of information about projects in Lørenskog,
— structures to implement innovative projects in nursery schools and schools.
