Short description
The development and maintenance capacity for the Directorate of Health's IT portfolios is currently taken care of through the procurement of individual consultants on hourly rates under framework agreements with several suppliers. DHUD has, through strategy work carried out in spring 2019, decided that the future model for development and maintenance services is to be taken care of through the procurement of a development and maintenance team with defined responsibility. DHUD's internal capacity will, thus, be used for more managerial assignments as opposed to executing and operative assignments. DHUD would, thus, like to find a few strategic partners who are capable of taking on more general responsibility, as well as secure access to resources for exciting development projects.
