A SAXS/WAXS instrument capable of determining the size, distribution, shape, orientation and surface-to-volume ratio of nanoscale structures, as well as providing information on the crystalline phase of materials both in solution and in dry state. Application areas are nanomaterials, fibre orientation, polymer phase morphology, structure of (bio)macromolecules, petrochemicals, renewable energy, electronic and composite materials.
