The competition is implemented on behalf of Viken County, which from and including 1.1.2020 is the name of the merged county consisting of the current Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold counties.

The contracting authority shall enter into parallel framework agreements for the area Audio-visual equipment (AV equipment).
The contract concerns complete equipment delivery of AV equipment. The delivery can include all phases of ordering and supply, i.a. detailed engineering design, project management, disposal of old equipment, installation, testing, adjustment, documentation and operation/servicing. Purchase of individual components and/or complete systems for the installation of the institution itself or at another supplier is also covered by this contract. Training may also be included.
