A new central operation control plant (SD) with maintenance and service of software and equipment shall be procured.
SD plant: the plant must monitor all technical systems connected to the automatics for a building, including i.a. ventilation, heat production, cooling, room control, shading device, energy consumption, etc. The SD plant must also include an option for remote control. The SD plant is located at OBY and mainly includes software.
