Short description
In cooperation with the Direktoratet for e-helse [the Norwegian Directorate of eHealth (NDE)], Helsedirektoratet [the Directorate of Health] will propose a test of digital triaging tools for consultations with General Practioners in Norway.
The purpose of this RFI is to receive feedback from suppliers in order to gain a better understanding of triaging solutions available on the market.
We are requesting information about solutions in the marketplace that are relevant for the general practioner scheme. It is desirable that the solutions can be made available on the national resident portal, helsenorge.no and interact with other interactive services offered there.
