Mo i Rana — the expansion of an operating central and a new sterile central
The work consists of the renovation of existing technical plumbing installations in the operating department in the west wing of the first floor. Replacements and upgrades to technical plumbing installations connected to this area, including technical rooms on the roof in addition to work above the ceiling over level 1 of the west wing. There could also be some work with connections to existing technical plumbing installations elsewhere in the building. Works must be expected for protection of equipment and work outside normal office hours for the renovation of the sewage system for the underlying floor (areas in operation). Necessary disconnections, demolition, disassembly, plugging, clearance and establishment of provisional installations are also included in this work.
All the installations in the new building, wing S are to be included in the work.
The work shall be carried out with continuous operation in parts of the building, so functions to the areas that are not directly effected shall be maintained.
