Short description
The Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries wants to enter into a contract for consultancy services in connection with implementation of auctions for aquaculture permissions. Initially a contract shall be entered into for assistance for recommending an auction format. If relevant the actual auction format, software and assistance for implementation of auctions shall also be procured.
