Vestfold offentlige innkjøpssamarbeid (VOIS) has entered into a Framework Agreement for books and media for libraries for its members. The following municipalities are participating in this Framework Agreement: Holmestrand, Horten, Larvik, Re, Sande, Sandefjord and Tønsberg. The delivery places will be the municpalities' public libraries. Tønsberg municipality is also participating on behalf of Færder municipality, due to the inter-municipal cooperation agreement between 2 municipalities (Nøtterøy and Tjøme, which merged to Færder municipality from 1.1.2018).
