The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) has since 2016 used the case processing system ‘Insights Grants’. The system is delivered by Machina AS. The system includes the process from when a new user is registered in the application portal and submitting an application, to the case is processed and concluded. The system is integrated to ID-porten (the log in solution to public services) for user identification and ePhorte for storage of documentation worthy of archiving. The set-up and configuration shall preferably be done by Bufdir, while Machina AS shall be operating the system and providing user support.
