Short description
The Framework Agreement shall be entered into by the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority. The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into a Framework Agreement with a providers of media agency services for the Office of the Prime Minister (SMK), Departements fellesskapet and the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS).
The following organisations can enter into the framework agreement:

— the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (ASD),
— the Ministry of Children and Families (BFD),
— the Ministry of Finance (FIN),
— the Ministry of Defence (FD),
— Ministry of Health and Care Services (HOD),
— The Ministry of Justice and Public Security (JD),
— the Ministry of Climate and Environment (KLD),
— Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation (KMD),
— the Ministry of Culture (KUD),
— the Ministry of Education and Research (KD),
— landbruks- og matdepartementet (LMD) (Ministry of Agriculture and Food),
— the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (NFD),
— the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (OED),
— The Ministry of Transport (SD),
— The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD).
