Short description
Norwegian Red Cross is searching for a partner to develop the Community Based Surveillance (CBS) platform. Norwegian Red Cross wishes to in-source expertise and have vendor sit at the Red Cross office in Oslo (exceptions can be made for international actors). The dev-team (vendor) will be working with the product owner (health-domain experts on a daily/weekly basis). The vendor will be responsible for designing the system architecture, developing the system, testing the system, and ensure the overall progress of the development (SCRUM Master). In addition, the vendor will be asked to co-design a hosting model for Norwegian Red Cross to maintain and support the system over time. The sourcing model can include a long-term commitment from the vendor or alternatively from other third-party IT providers.
