Rammeavtalen skal sikre støtte til planlegging, gjennomføring, analyse, utarbeidelse av publikasjoner og dokumentasjon av OT&E for NNWN NH90. Rammeavtalen skal omfatte følgende tjenester:
- Campaign planning
- Test administration and monitoring
- Test sortie planning
- Test execution and data colletion
- Flight Test report production
- Final Test report production
- Advisory role
- Drafting publications
