The Contracting Authority needs assistance and guidance for the establishment of accrued accounting in accordance with the governmental accounting standards. Special assistance is required for the establishment of an approved preliminary statement of accounts through mapping and valuation of assets in the Norwegian Police Service. The Contracting Authority also needs assistance for the development of routines and procedures for budgeting, accounting, reports and balancing, as well as training related to the governmental accounting standards. In addition to showing the costs related to construction means and balance values, the National Police Directorate requests assistance in achieving increased benefits in managing the governmental accounting standards.
