From 1.1.2020, the municipalities of Skodje, Haram, Ørskog, Sandøy and Ålesund will merge and create one municipality (called ‘New Ålesund’). The listed municipalities, except for Haram, have previously entered into a contract for Documaster Archive system from Documaster. This is an archive software for efficient and user-friendly information administration in the municipality. The objective of this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice is to inform the market of the intention to continue the municipalities contracts with Documaster in a joint contract.
