The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), henceforth referred as the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into a contract for maintenance services for telephone exchanges on the Mitel platform and Avaya platform respectively. Further details on the contracting parties, including who is defined as a customer in accordance with the contract, is stated in Annex 1, point 2.
