The Office for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufetat), henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, has approx. 520 cars at disposal divided between all the Contracting Authority's underlying units. The estimated requirement for new cars is approx. 370 cars for the period 2019-2021. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement for vehicle leasing services, including, liability insurance.
The Contracting Authority's requirements spans from El-cars to large multi-user vehicles. The total contract value is estimated to approx. 110 000 000 NOK.
