Short description
The competition concerns entry into a framework agreement for planning, implementation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative surveys.
The value of the procurement is anticipated to be 1 million NOK - 4 million NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and non binding and will vary greatly from year to year.
It is possible to submit tenders for one or two parts:
Part 1: Planning, implementation and quality assurance for collection of data, and
Part 2: Planning and implementation of different surveys and analyses.
