— electrician services,
— plumber services,
— carpenter and joiner works,
— painting and wallpaper works,
— masonry, plastering and tiling works,
— tinsmith works,
— ventilation works,
— fire engineering works,
— excavating works,
— gardener works,
— janitor services.
