From 1.1.2020, the municipalities of Skodje, Haram, Ørskog, Sandøy and Ålesund will merge and create one municipality (called ‘New Ålesund’). The mentioned municipalities have previously procured the Visma Resource Management System. 3 of the municipalities have Visma GAT, and the other two have Visma Enterprise Resource Management and Visma Flow Resource Management. The software is owned and used by the individual municipality, and is currently used as a central work tool for staff planning and personnel management in all of the municipalities that will become 1 combined municipality from 1.1.2020. The objective of this voluntary ex ante transparency notice is to inform the market of the intention to continue the municipalities contracts with Visma Enterprise AS for resource management, including GAT.
