This procurement will cover a Framework Agreement between DFS and qualified companies (hereafter called the tenderers) for technical assistance in the following competence areas related to shooting ranges:
— assistance with noise issues,
— assistance with development plans,
— building assistance,
— assistance with safety technology.
The Framework Agreement will be signed for a 2-year period, with an option for an extension for a further up to 2 years. The estimated volume will be approx. 700-800 hours per annum, but, from experience, this varies from 600 to 900 hours. The contract is generally subject to finances, as DFS receives annual grants for this.
As a starting point we would like one consultant who can cover all the needs, but we are open to being offered 2 consultants. Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the assignment.
