The contract includes the assessment of the priority project Barnehjernevernet. The contract also includes a research part.
Through the priority project Barnehjernevernet, Oslo municipality aims at preventing, discover and help children subject to gross neglect, violence and sexual abuse. The services that shall be provided to the children and families shall have a communal knowledge base founded on an affectionate and positive view on children. The service shall be involved in an early stage and provide competent and relevant help.
