A Framework Agreement shall be entered with a provider of third-party inspections of engineering geology and geotechnics.
The delivery comprises third party inspection of engineering geology and geotechnics for the projects on the Østfold Railway so that the technical regulations requirements and other requirements are safeguarded regarding third party inspection.
As of today, the Østfold Railway has 4 projects that will utilise the Framework Agreement:
— Seut — Rolvsøy,
— Rolvsøy — Klavestad,
— Hensetting Moss,
— Hensetting Fredrikstad — Sarpsborg.
The service provider cannot be the engineering design consultant for any of these projects in the municipal plan and zoning plan.
The projects involve varying engineering geology and geotechnics challenges.
