PKT (Program for kodeverk og terminologi) [PCT (Program for codework and terminology)] needs competence in SNOMED CT, mapping from SNOMED CT and in-depth knowledge of SNOMED CT in general. To cover this need, three SNOMED CT consultants must be procured.
