The contract includes smaller renovation and maintenance work. For contracts that are estimated to exceed 300 000 NOK excluding VAT for works and materials, SVK reserves the right to ask for prices from several contractors. The Framework Agreement shall not include craft services in relation to new buildings or extensive renovation works for the current buildings. Historical figures show that SVK purchases this type of services for approx. 1 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The figure must be considered as recommended as the future consumption is dependent on the budget situation and other factors.
