The objective of this assignment is to plan and execute a qualitative assessment of outreach activities at four separate congresses to be held at four Danish destinations in 2019. It is furthermore central to capture and analyse the experiences/knowledge gained from the four different case studies and form common learning across the four destinations/cases so that it can form the basis in the development of a Danish Outreach program.
Deliverables:
Four case studies. One for each of the congresses chosen for outreach testing at the four destinations. The case studies should as far as possible collect the knowledge needed for the following development of a strong, internationally attractive and eco-nomic sustainable Danish Outreach Program.
A final report that gathers and integrates the relevant knowledge from the four cases and presents concrete and realistic design for a Danish Outreach Model. This should include a framework for the development, implementation and promotion of outreach activities at the Danish destinations (including input for a realistic organisational and financial model).
Process: Securing a dynamic test process by leading the knowledge transfer between the case-congresses.
