The objective of the joint contract is to ensure efficient and simple access to furniture and fittings for offices, schools and institutions for the Contracting Authority's enterprises.
The need for furniture and fittings is extremely varies amongst the Contracting Authority's enterprises. There are often different consideration that must be addressed and there are strict requirements regarding functionalities, durability, user-friendliness, safety, ergonomics and environment.
There is also a major focus on furniture and fittings that can create a homely atmosphere.
For this reason, we do not just want a contract with a service provider(s) that has a good standard range. The Contracting Authority wants a service provider(s) who has a broad and many faceted merchandise selection of good quality, also including a merchandise selection that can contribute to a lower environment impact.
