The objective of the tender contest is to enter into procurement of recruiting services for all entities.
Oslo University c/o the Purchasing Department, wants to use this competition to enter into a contract for assistance in connection with recruiting of managers, middle manager and individual advisor positions within particular areas. Oslo University will enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 — 6 of the tenderers who best satisfy the award criteria of the competition. Oslo University wants to enter into contract with recruiting companies that cover the breadth of positions in a complex knowledge organisation. This request does not apply to professional positions within research, positions in research, dissemination and training.
