Item 4: the contracting authority needs to procure on 7DOF robot, ergo a 7 degree of freedom robot versus the regular 6 degree of freedom robot.
The special feature of the robot is that it can lift up to 14 kg and has a particular high degree of accuracy. This is different from other 7DOF robots that focus on being collaborative, which means a light weight for avoiding damages which again mean smaller engines with less accuracy and lower lifting capacity. The robot is therefore "classified" as an industrial robot.
Items 2 and 3: The contracting authority requires 2 AGV robots. This included the same 7DOF robots that are placed on a moveable platform. The platform can move in all directions and can map the surrounding area while it moves.
