Short description
On behalf of the Office of the Prime Minister, the joint ministries and themselves, the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (hereafter called DSS), will enter into framework agreements for the purchase of passenger travel by plane.
The framework agreements must cover the need for domestic and international flights, at the same time ensuring the quality, service and cost efficiency of purchasing the service. Furthermore, the framework agreements must safeguard that the prices and terms reached, are in accordance with the user needs and expectations. Basically all employees will book flights using the framework agreements via the DSS and the joint ministries travel agency systems.
