Short description
Harstad Havn KF shall upgrade the harbour in the centre of Harstad. The current quay facing north shall be replaced by a new building and the plant facing south shall be extended — the total length of the quay is approx. 280 metres. Areas in front of the harbour shall be dredged. The project includes the upgrading of all technical plants.
