The contract must cover UiO's need for consultancy services in the financial areas such as accounting, financial management and business management.

Furthermore, call-offs may be made by the Unit for management support c/o the Group for business management and financial management, the Property Department, as well as the different faculties with subsidiary entities. Universitetet i Tromsø, UiT — NTNU og Universitetet i Bergen, UiB [Tromsø University and Bergen University] will also be able to make a call-off within joint projects in the union of cooperating universities, BOTT.
