Short description
A new lower secondary school will be constructed, located at Skadberg barneskole [Skadberg Primary School]. Kjerrberget Primary School must be dimensioned for 630 students, approx. 8 700 GFA. A preliminary project of ARK [Architecture], technical disciplines and LARK [Landscape Architecture] has been implemented. The lower secondary school is planned/dimensioned as a U21 (3x7 classes) lower secondary school, while the first construction stage is planned for 14 classes, with associated special rooms, offices and a gymnasium. The site is zoned and prepared by Sola Tomteselskap and Sola municipality's property department will be the developer. The contract is a modified turnkey contract. The contract requires a fixed price on a completed building including technical installations, based on the Builder's preliminary project a attached, function description with individually selected materials and technical solutions. The turnkey contractor takes over all responsibility for engineering design and implementation.
