Short description
The contract includes the cleaning of the office for children, youth and family affairs' premises at addresses in Region West. The region is divided in 3 zones:
Zone 1: Bergen and surrounding areas (Os, Stord);
Zone 2: Haugesund and surrounding areas;
Zone 3: Førde and surrounding areas.
Tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for 1, 2 or 3 zones. However, tenders cannot be given for individual addresses within a zone. The tender give a clear statement of which zone or zones subject to tendering. Please see Annex 2; List of Addresses, for assignment locations, m
Some addresses can be removed. However, new addresses might also be added during the contract period. These addresses will be linked to the contract for the relevant zone.
The Contracting Authority also requests an option for booking cleaning services in accordance with requirements.
