Short description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD), henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition. The objective of the competition is to enter into a contract for catering and waiter services related to the Norwegian Government's official arrangements at Akershus Castle.
The Contracting Authority has the administrative responsibility for the Norwegian Government's official presentation arrangements at Akershus Castle. The presentation duties usually include between 100 and 150 guests. The Norwegian Government organises between 8 and 10 arrangements annually at Akershus Castle. The arrangements are mainly taking place in the period from January to May and from August to November.
The contract includes the delivery of food and beverages, kitchen, dish washing, housekeeping, waiter and headwaiter services, as well as cloak room services. The main part of the contract involves catering services.
A Framework Agreement shall be entered with 2 providers. The number of events will be distributed equally between the 2 providers during the contract period. The division of assignments between the providers will be evened out during the contract period.
