Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT) [the Norwegian Police Shared Services], on behalf of Politi- og lensmannsetaten [the Norwegian Police Service] and Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste (PST) [The Norwegian Police Security Service] shall enter into a Framework Agreement for the hire and operation of coffee machines and water dispensers, and the procurement of coffee and other ingredients.
