Short description
The Ministry needs to have a good knowledge basis in order to find an organisation of framework conditions for the public sector that facilitates effective competition, at the same time that the public sector is able to solve its assignments in an appropriate and socio-economically efficient way.
The aim of the review is to assess the socio-economic consequences of the different proposals, presented by ESA and the Hjelmeng committee respectively, in order to solve the problems that ESA has raised.
