Statped invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of participatory research for Statped's digitalisation project. The aim of the procurement is to obtain research competence that, amongst other things, will follow internal processes and progress in the project. This includes carrying out a limited point-of-view analysis and identifying themes and problems that ought to have particular focus in the project. The researchers shall formulate notes, articles, etc. that highlight important themes in the digitisation work, and look at the implementation of the project deliveries in the line organisation. Lastly, evaluate the effects of the deliveries from the project 2 years after the project period has ended.
