In accordance with laws and regulations on public procurements, Sarpsborg kommune [municipality] invites tenderers to a competition for the mounting of water meters at private residences when the subscriber has committed to the municipality administrating the mounting. The contract period is 2018 — 2020, with an option for a 1 year extension.
